End Screens

Hey everyone. I just finished make my first end screen. Figured I was ask for any critiques or suggestions. I posted the video in the motovlog section under GoPro hero 4 at night. Thanks for the help as always.

By they way I just found out that I can't post a clickable link to my Twitter to Facebook. Am I missing something?

Is there anyway to place an annotation with a link to Twitter in Youtube?
