That really all depends on your attitude to them - if they consider you need an attitude adjustment they'll do you for everything!

Nope, but mine are (i think) 17,8cm apart from each other.
Don't think they will even try to find that

But if they are 5cm apart and you have been riding reckless, but nothing they have evidence off, and when they give you a warning you do some tough talk etc... They might just fine you.
