Drift - Mp4 Or Mov Format?

I have tried the mp4 setting on my Drift to see if I could get better quality than mov, but it seems to be the opposite effect.

I use FCPX on Mac to edit up, so I guess MOV would be the native format to use.

Just wondering if anyone had a suggestion as the best format to use.

It is the same format, just different container.
If you have a PC at hand, open the files in MPCHC, then go to file, properties, mediainfo and copy everything, post here the results with both files, MOV and MP4 to see if there is any difference in quality.

Only got a MacBook (retina one) at the moment... Not sure what there is as sn equivalent.

Might be that im too used to filming in 1080...
