Not to mention the next generation of motorcyclists that are now of an impressionable age that watch videos "teaching" them to "hold the line" and aim their bikes at pedestrians.

Some people ride with skill, and some people ride with luck. I think this goes to show that luck runs out. However, I think he's still lucky that it may just be a loss of licence rather than a loss of life. I hope he grows up a little and learns something from this.

I hate to give my personal opinions on these threads because people will argue, but What are you thinking!

Sure it's all a good laugh and gets lots of extra viewers but what will your viewers say when a kid is cut in half by your motorcycle? Or your turned to mulch hitting the back of a trailer at 80kmph?

the majority of people that accuse me for jumping red lights dont understand hook turns.

yeh 1 vid i jumped the red. but that was in pursuit of the car that was driving down the wrong lane, and blind around the corner. I made the calculated decision to run the red to get the plate number of the car., No cars were incoming or proved a hazard to my life or others.

No kid has been cut in half by my motorcycle, i dont ride like KLE621 who lane splits at 80kph between cars

you will never see me wheeling up behind a car or intentionally Putting others in DIRECT danger of losing their life. THis included the pedestrians. I Scare them, so they remember not to do it again.

I had a friend who used calculated risks and risk management, he's dead now....calculated wrong. He had been riding for 17 years. It doesn't matter how much experience you have, it only takes 1 time to get it very wrong. Those who watch ya videos won't care, they will just get on with their everyday lives but ya family and friends will be the ones who have to deal with the unnecessary loss of life.

I believe (other than the riding style) could be the fact you've made money out of at least 1 guest video "extreme facebook update" you uploaded despite when you asked the owner of the video to use some of it in a BLOG & not just upload a section of the video to youtube. I know if i was the rightful owner of that video i would be asking 2 things. 1, either take it down or 2, i think you owe me at least $2,000 plus anything you make out of it in the future.

BUT IT DON'T HAVE ADS! - yeah it does, now and then you pop the ads on it, If i remember correctly you said right here on motovlog.com you don't put ads on Guest Videos.

Im not having a go at you or do I dislike you, but this time ignorance has to stop.

As you said its a calculated "Risk" its still a risk no matter how much experience you have.

Even the most experienced motogp riders die on the track, people that spend their entire life racing. They have all the protection the best motorbikes and dont have to worry about unpredictable traffic or pedestrians.

You've most likely heard this side of the argument over and over, and maybe someone has shown you the aftermath of a motorbike collision already. Dont let your ego get to you, no one is perfect or invunreble.

I hope that maybe you'll decide not to chase vehicles past red lights, do wheelies on private roads and control your speed.

An no i have not earned 2k from that video,

NO ADDS ARE ON IT THAT I PROFIT FROM, i dont go and chuck adds on it for a bit then remove it. if you have seen that happen then i am surprised as Google / Social blade know not to place adds on this video. Each month i get a breakdown of were the video views come from and earnings per video etc. these details i will never make public due to the social blade Terms and Conditions.

I dont profit from that video at all. Socialblade know this, and so does graham, and the song, i had to ask permission for fromJorge Quintero "300 Violin Orchestra".
What you think you may know is wrong. you dont need to drill me about your "friend" who died from taking a risk. im well aware of my own actions and my own capabiliteies.

As for " perfect or invulnerable " - I never said i was Perfect, I never said I was invulnerable.

I am well aware that every time i ride, that it might be my last ever ride.I may wake up a paraplegic in a hospital bed.

im sure i mentioned it in before in my videos that i am not the perfect rider, and that i am far from it.

I post the videos or my riding life, how i see fit based on what i believe people would find interesting and would want to see.

we ride for fun some of us find it fun to ride around at 25mph in one lane that is fine some of us like to do a wheelie hear and there overtake hear and there that is why we ride.

all jumping on his case is just stupid no one is perfect and i bet 99% of you don't upload videos when you make mistakes you just brush it away and pretend it didn't happen.

That would be me.

1: yes the cop wrote down 150, kph in his report / memo field. When i presented the footage, he changed that to 90kph ( by marking out the 150kph and writing 90kph )

2: yes when i turned the camera off, he took my helmet / camera and moved it away from me, the helmet was then placed on the ground between us, Roughly 2 meters North East of me, and around 1 meter away from the Officer. When the Cop said 150 kph, i said the camera was recording, i can show you the footage now on the camera. Officer then handed me the camera / helmet I unclipped the camera, sat the helmet down, turned the camera on and told him there is a few video files on here from earlier today. he relied: show me what happend before.
So then i fast forwarded to the part were i do the wheelie., and we watched if from that part up untill the enxt set of lights were the video file had stopped and started to record again. So we then went to the next video file to continue watching, right up untill he pulled me over.

After this i said i have other footage of wheelies on the way to work today. Can i delete those videos. ( the officer paused for a second and said, I only care about todays Infringement.
I had around 13 videos and i was deleteing these 1 at a time, telling the Officer i have to delete, videos 1 to 11, and keep 12 and 13. I did this in front of the cop in a fairly slow manner,

I asked the offer if he wants the Camera or the SD card, ( he then said asked his 265 and the officer said we only need the SD card. He then handed me back the camera after speaking to the leading officer on the phone ( 265 ) and asked me to remove the SD card, I did and then he put that inside a piece of folded paper and put that in his Folder.

3: This is my first ever Hoon offence, the offer said, and agreed that based on my actions ( helpfullness and willing to assist him ) that is taken into consideration when it goes to court. The officer said, Today i will get a fine for $706. that fine is A HOON impoundment fine, including towing and storage of my CB 919 for the next 30 days. - The officer then mentioned that the additional fines that will come in the mail will be failure to control motor vehicle, Speeding 25kph over the limit (I cant remember what else he said ) -

I asked if i will loose my licence, the officer replied with, ( its up to the courts, You may be summoned to go to court, under the hoon laws for further infringements )
SO CURENTLY i can still ride, untill / IF i am and its highly likely i will be taken to court, and will i assume loose it for 30 to 90 days. Mabye more..

4: I didnt know i missed that question. For that i apologise. and yes i can see others " May see me as influential " - but in my eyes no, i dont see my self as one. To me a influential person / video would be " HOW TO " videos. and yes i do care if others see me that way as i dont intended to influence people with the wrong ideas and concepts / styles of riding etc.

5: Do you know what happens when you put a video on that has music thats not yours on youtube? that companty has the right to place adds, Here i attached a print screen of the 3rd party agreement, this company placed adds on the video thats NOT MINE.. So i do not profit from them..

Once again, if i have audio that another company knows i have used, then can do 2 things... Ban it completely. OR if they see it will generate views. they will place adds on it, i then get this disclaimer message that indicates i have no rights to place adds, but they do on the provision that i acknowledge the audio is theres.

6: I mentioned above in a previous comment, I make my videos for how i want to, If i wanted to make lots of money of youtube, id make a channel about girls cooking with bikinis while on trampolines, or hot girls and kittens etc, Motovloggin is not a niche to earn a high income off.. even good minecraft vids would tripple the value of the earnings i get. I do make the videos for me and my friends, I make them because i like making videos, I make money ( revenue ) from the videos yes you and i know both know that. I have no problem with that, BUT that is not what i make the videos for.


also emergence ( emergency ) , was a genuine typo as i was writing it out on auto pilot. im sure there is others above, i was replying to what i was reading as my train of thought came out.


I feel that i have explained myself a few times over now,

So hopefully this is suffice, all the info of yesterdays interactions with the police are legitimate and correct accountings.

When I made my comment, I was not aware any of the politics behind this, I just saw a few taking a dig at someone for unknown reasons.

That is my unbiased view... Is pulling a wheelie wrong? Yes. But I think most of us would try it at some point.
If it is true about said usage of another's clip, that is wrong too, however, I have no knowledge of this infringement, hence my comments are made without prejudice.

Apologies if I offended you True, I was just commenting based on my observations. Not here to piss anybody off.

Hope the OP doesn't get too badly fined etc, but you seem to understand that you were in the wrong, so you just gotta take your punishment like a bitch

My two cents: at least he admitted he was in the wrong with the wheelies and the officer responded accordingly and fairly, and I guess he'll wind up with the minimum sentence instead of the maximum. I've had great experiences with officers (UNLIKE MOST) because I've been respectful and honest when confronted about my speed or other behavior. I've been stopped numerous times and just let off with a verbal warning because I didn't respond to the stop with a crap attitude.

How people run and/or monetize their channel is their business. If you don't like it/them, don't watch. If they are entertaining, watch them. If not, spend your time somewhere else. I've seen too many "buying subs" arguments, "it's a numbers game," etc...and all these arguments just get people butthurt in the end. (I'm not sure where else they'd get butthurt, not that I think about it.)

Can I add to question 1: This happens often in Aus. I personally know of two cases gone to court where the police have blatantly lied to make their case stick. In one case the judge queried the police officers contradiction and their case fell over and my friend was given a 25kph over the limit ruling based on admission and all other charges dropped. The other case had video evidence that contradicted the police officers statement and the charges were all dropped but they added overtaking on double white lines because that was on the video. Its a very sad state of affairs, but it happens.

Now... personal vendettas help no one and we all know that assumptions make asses out of u and me.

It's this time of the year a lot of motorcycle accidents happen, last year mar/april several women and children were killed by motorcyclists losing control.

We all run the gauntlet of doing stuff like this on the road and it just sucks when we get caught. Get a lawyer, dress nice for court and work on your remorseful/sorry face. Chin up
