My closest call yet

I was going along at 70mph, quick check of the mirrors, look up, car starts overtake, new pants needed.
I didnt ever see him until we where 3 white lines apart, so by my calculations 12 meters apart he was completely on my side of the road. (Geeky bit) at 70mph im doing 31 metres a second.

Didn't even click that was a car in the middle of the road until after I passed him, all the avoidance was reflex rather than me doing it conciecly (wrong spelling I know, gone completely blank)

I think i was in shock, he appeared from nowhere. By the time i would have turned round i'd never have caught up. If i had got hold of him there would have been blood.

Just a shame you didn't manage to catch his plate. What a stupid move, it's not as if he couldn't see you the day was crystal clear.

Glad you all good and reacted quickly. This is how Motorcyclists are killed all the time carless car drivers.

F*cking hell... glad you are ok mate, that could've ended so badly. i would report it to the police if I were you. Car's reg number to me looks like AK58 XLZ, I'm sure the police would be able to figure it out though against the DVLA database. Ride safe mate.

Police dont care about you reporting drivers

Oh wait yes they do.. I reported someone for horrible driving when i had my car and was behind them and when i pulled up.. police sped past and pulled them over. I tootled past with a smile on my face :D

i got chased for over taking a drunk driver, i could tell he was drunk because he side swiped a tree and then carried on in the middle of the road across both lanes, then when he mounted the pavement on our side of the road i shot past him because i didn't him to be the reason i die then it turns out the car behind me (quite a way behind me could only see headlights) suddenly had blue flashing lights on the roof, i didn't want to stop because the drunk driver would have hit me so i thought fuck it twist that wrist and get the hell out of here but the cop over took the drunk driver and after me i was like WTF? so i lost him when we got on the dual carriageway, my '09' ninja rocked!!

The thing is you are cooler wearing gear in very hot temperatures than not wearing gear at all.
