Can't Post In Video Section?

Hello,

For some reason, I don't have the option to post a new thread in the video section. I have 83 messages I've posted so I'm not a first timer trying to post without doing the minimum of 5 posts. I don't think I've abused posting videos or anything. Does anyone know why the post new thread button is missing for me?
