Hey guys so i was wandering if you can fit an electric start to any bike because i have a feeling im gonna have my moped a little longer than i wanted and really dont want to have to kickstart it everymorning and evening after and before work its just effort lol on weekends its not too much of a problem because i havent done much else all day but anways my moped has an electric start button but nothing actually connected to it and ive been told they dont come stock with the electric start so if you know please could you tell me what i would need to get it all connected and where to connect it to as google isnt being my freind right now :)

Just know this.

What ever you put on a bike it will have to be road worthy and re-MOT'd to prove it's fit enough for the road.

I have a mate who tried to turn a dirt bike to a road bike, he was told that whatever is added has to be re-MOT'd and has to pass as working on the bike.

If kick starting a bike is going to be too much of a hassle every morning it may be worth considering a different bike?

I'd say buy a bike which already got a electric start, I've had a bike which had both but kick was only needed when starting on a cold day.

If the button is there then i would say it's possible, it is fun to kick start a bike tho :P
