So ... many ... arms ...
Oh, I know. I'm just wary of that many joints. One is loose.LOL.... It's a work in progress. The Shoei RF-1200 has so many curves and its a pain to find a perfect place to put the mounts on. I am going to attempt to modify the J-hook mount and see if that works better!
Did you modify it with a dremel to fit? I am fixing to buy a gopro for my rf1200 and want to mount on my chin as well but those curves
Cool, but depending on the type of bike you ride, I think that camera angle would be a bit too downwards facing when riding. Finally figured out how to modify my Jhook mount! What do you guys think?
I currently ride sports bike and lean forward, weather in NJ has been horrible, tomorrow should be hit 70. So I'm hoping to make a test vlog! So i'm aiming for a intro vlog by tomorrow night!!Cool, but depending on the type of bike you ride, I think that camera angle would be a bit too downwards facing when riding.
If you ride a sports bike then that angle in the photo is definitely not enough.. You have to tilt the camera upwards more unless you just wanna show most of your handlebar and meter instead of the road ahead.I currently ride sports bike and lean forward, weather in NJ has been horrible, tomorrow should be hit 70. Yeah getting the speech audio right is very essential, needs trials and test with various microphone positions/sock/cover/deadcat to get it just right. After a few test runs it not too bad, gonna add another connection to try to tilt the camera further up. My biggest issue right now is windnoise and clarity with my mic, even at speeds of under 40.
