You can do a lot better, for example the h2n allows to record ambient and mic sound simultaneously so you can mix the levels perfectly.

You also don't need a powered mic with a zoom, you only have 1 camera and you side mount a GoPro which is pants.

I wouldn't have been so harsh but you suckered me into the thread with an empty promise

Haha fair enough I guess although theres no way I would have spent the extra money on an H2n so I don't know any different haha

It's a good setup, and as for camera placement, it's user preference really, I kinda like side mounted stuff, not that I've anything against top or chin mount, but it reminds you there's a person there. Think chin mount works where you use a crotch cam, like you do or Spikey Biker, reminds you of who is talking.
