Plenty of forums discussing action cams but since this is specifically for moto vlogging it seems like the best place to be.
Basically I want to dabble with moto vlogging. If I get bored, i'd still like to use the camera for insurance purposes. Im in the UK. So my wants are:
1080p 30 at least, prefer 1080p 60, dont care about 4k.
Reliable
At least 2 hours battery life
Takes an external mic
Can record with mic while charging
So far I have narrowed it down to:
Drift Ghost X. The only issue I have with this cam is the shakey reviews. It seems it can be unreliable and fail at the sight of water, despite being water resistant. Are these just a few unlucky individuals venting their frustrations on Amazon reviews?
GitUp Git2. £85, seems decent.
Amazon Crosstour/Apeman or some other 'no name' brand, a few here and there have mic input but no solid reviews good or bad.
Would really appreciate some help. Budget up to £150 max really.
