I think those "selfie sticks" that attatch to the rear and give youj a third person point of view is a really great camera angel. They just look like the stupidest thing ever though with a giant probe coming from your butthole

anything showing the rider. front facing, then back facing. When you see the person talking (Not FPS View) then it adds an element of engagement with the audience.
You weren't clear what type of PoV you were looking for, and for what purpose. For motovlogging, a different angle (facing you) which you can cut back and forth to, would be nice. If you want to capture the view forward or behind you for riding/scenery purpose, the usual mount positions are there - dash style to show your speed/lean/line, rear to show other slowpokes eating your smoke/dust. LoL.
I wouldn't like to mount a rear facing one looking at all the destruction I leave behind....
Depends what sorta video it is, talk vlog a nice shot of the rider is cool. A ride vlog one on the side low down showing foot control and the road ahead is nice.
