Bandit 1200 Dyno Results are in!

Weirdo, mosher, freak
I rebuilt my girlfriends GSF1200 Bandit when we went into COVID lockdown - completely stripped it, blasted the frame, all new bearings, and repainted everything in her choice of matt black and metallic purple and one of my friends made a custom seat for it with a nice gel insert. Even had the head off the engine for an inspection and to fix leaky oil drain tube o-rings.

Aside from that I did a bit of modification on it and it's now effectively stage 2.5 with modified airbox, K&N filter and a full Micron race exhaust system, Maxton suspension. That meant it needed a full set up as it was running so lean above 6k rpm that it was unrideable.

Took it to a local, well reknowned company (mainly specialising in MV Augustas these days) and got it professionally set up on the dyno... wow, what a difference!

115.6hp and 75lbft of torque - a 20+hp gain from standard, so really pleased with that on a 21 year old bike.

I will do some videos on it at some point I expect!
