Because of the ambient noise from my mic setup (I use an Akaso Brave 6 Plus camera with the Akaso mic in a modular helmet) I tried recording the audio separate with my Cardo Freecom2+ and iPhone. Voice audio is better with the latter setup, but no ambient noise at all. If I used that by itself, it doesn't seem right. Maybe I should skip the Akaso mic and use the camera's built in for ambient and the cardo setup for voice? Just wondering if anyone else has tried a BT setup.

What set up did you use to record your Cardo audio? You put up a video? Me and the Mrs have Packtalk Bold's.

I used my Freecom+2, iPhone 12 Pro Max and the app is AudioMemos. I put way too much gain on the audio, but it's clearer and less distorted than using the Akaso setup.

I've been out for a full day on Saturday with my thicker sponge and using a neck sock tucked up under the helmet. The wind noise was noticeably better, my voice was still legible, and you could still hear the purring engine. And this was while riding with the visor open!
