I doubt it. The site is mobilised already and an app wouldn't do anything that the site doesn't do already
Yup, it runs pretty well on most "mobile" browsers. With a few quirks but almost the same experience as from the PC.
I've been using the site on my phone the last few days and have had a great experience with it.
