Anyone Tried Branching Out On Their Motovlog Channel?

Lol yeah more nob than me and i have only been riding for a fee months. But yeah since a lot of companies pulled put of adsence people are not makinh what they used to. Which sucks for them but doesnt bother me at all. Do it for the dun of it.

Not going to say i wouldnt mind making a little to help to pay for odds amd ins for the bike. But not that big of a deal.

I also have gaming videos and graffiti vids on mine. but eventually i want to do a face reveal content... just nervous at that stuff, it's one thing to show people your POV but it's another to show them a 3rd person view but it opens up a whole new perspective or possibilities that you can do. I.e. maintenance related how tos even tho MC Garage and Delboys Garage are basically king at that type of stuff..

I think the most important thing is to have a personality. I don't want to be the guy behind a helmet, so I've been getting in front of the camera more. The bike brings the appeal from moto enthusiasts, but the most important part of motovlogging IS the vlogging. If that's not interesting no one will watch. Stay tuned for some videos from me coming out this week, I filmed a couple multicam vids that I'm editing now XD both food related if that interests you XD

Im quite an avid gamer but i feel if i branched off into that it would upset a few people
I don't think so man! Many gamers are actually just "motovloggers", but instead of filming them bike, they just have footage from COD or something while they talk over it. You could try it! like make it a day or something, Sunday Gameday or something where you game-vlog instead of moto. If your fans don't like it I'm sure they'll let you know in the comments :)

And I guess fans are important, but in the end it's your channel and you should do what YOU want to do. Wolf > sheep ;)

Take the plunge, I wanted to create a channel for many years, but I was worried about showing my face. Now I don't care anymore and see it as a way to be more personable with viewers. I'll support you!

I'm going to try it! I'm sure i'll think of a few ideas! cheers bro :)

If anyone wants to see some content I've been working on you can check out my channel! I've been doing food reviews lately LOL. Am I even a motovlogger anymore?

I think it mostly depends on what you've already advertised your channel as. For me, I mostly do motovlogs, however I have been doing a build series just to spice things up a bit. I am approching 30 subs and am thinking of doing a 30 min livestream of Fallout or Crash Bandicoot as a special because video games are one of my interests and it's something I talk about in my vlogs. Live streams won't be very common though.

Though I need to pick it up again because it is fun, I was doing a "pinvlog" with Farsight's The Pinball Arcade.

I had a camera on me and was recording my screen playing different pinball machines, and was playing in portrait. Because the audience I was looking to reach was likely interested in portrait orientation pinball, I made the videos sideways (not vertical video syndrome, but full screen rotated).

It was a concept that was well received by some friends at pinballarcadefans.com, but it was hard for me to keep up at the time.

I'm probably going to make that a winter project.

I would like to do a 'Lets Play...' series.. maybe of Arma 3 or DayZ or even Skyrim/Fallout4. But again, how many of those have been done before. Its so difficult to find a niche that hasnt already been done. But that pinball one sounds interesting, if its entertaining, id watch it :)
