Those terms and conditions on the es films website are just a direct copy of the YouTube ones.

Also are you really that upset that someone may be watching your content through another website? I would have thought a small creator would welcome anyone to view their creations.

I guess you missed the points in the thread of how there is no direct way for anyone viewing through ESfilms to sub nor comment without giving up their Facebook info...

Or maybe you read the points and just tuned that part out?
