Another cheap alternative Helmet camera is the Xdreme HD what I've had over a month now and am still liking it.
I bought it from chinavasion for £74+15 (shipping)+Tax = £90ish which I think is worth it.

I can't compare this camera to any others because I'm not expert on any

Also Takes some alright pics. 2 downsides are; audio and can't vlog in the rain with mic in but who would want to ....

I'm sure something could be made to allow the mic to go in and still be covered in the rain, even some kind of plastic wrap.
