Where: NYC (Area)
When: Saturday, July 27 2013
So as the new riding season is fast approaching I would like to announce the first (of hopefully many) North East meetups. We've all seen how great of a turnout our fellow riders have had in San Diego, AZ, CO and I'm sure the Ozarks are going to be just completely nuts. It's time we put the North East on the map. I would like to meet somewhere in or around the Big Apple. I am looking at heading down from New Hampshire on Friday July 19th, I will hopefully be bringing half a dozen riders with me and I plan on heading out of NYC that Sunday. At this point I do not have any arrangements made but I would like to get the official announcement out there As time goes on we can work on finding hotels and figuring out from the locals where a great spot to meet would be. So I ask those of you that are in the NYC area to lend a hand, if you could come up with a few meeting locations, where would be the best places for us to find hotels etc. We certainly want to stay on a budget so I'm sure staying in Manhattan wouldn't be such a great idea. I would like to have definite answers by the end of April as to who is going to commit and who is not. That way we can get a head count which would help us towards finding hotels. I'm really looking forward to meeting everyone in July.
And in the words of Frank Sinatra: "If we can make it there, we can make it anywhere"
