I recently had some work done to my Vulcan 1600. (Oil Change, tire issue). When I took my bike to the shop, they were very cordial and polite. So I ordered some new silencers for my Guzzi last month with an expected delivery date of the 17th which passed so I contacted the seller requesting tracking details which they avoided doing for almost a week of me asking daily.
