Hey man, glad you and the bike are okay, well recovered. My little addition to this would be to say that a bit of target fixation came into play...maybe ? But having said that you made the right choice in the end as no damage to bike or rider.Had to sort of dump the bike on a corner up in the mountains. Was coming in a lil too fast around a corner, almost had it corrected when I hit sand. Power through or try to stop asap? I chose to try and stop! Check out the video here!
Oh I'm sure I COULD have powered through the corner but with a chance to lowside the bike, the hill seemed to be the best option at the time. Thanks man!H

That wide angle lens makes thing look crazy sometimes!Glad ya safe mate, Looked worse than it was
Thanks!Nice save.
Yeah, I was excited for sure! hahaha Thanks!Wohhooo indeed brother. Glad you and the bike are good!!!
Not even a sprained ankle!Good job responding vs reacting! Any day you walk home from and learn a bit more about riding is a good day![]()
Nice save mate, glad you and your bike are both ok!Stay safe!!!
Yeah, I'm glad I didn't superman! hahahagod damn i been waiting for this video. you did way better then me on my last lay over. i went over my handle bars when my bike went down. i am fine and bike just need cosmetic repairs
Thanks man!Damn man. Glad you are ok!
Yeah the speakers for the SMH-10 help cancel out a lot of wind noise for me. I listen to electronic music, which never helps since it just makes me want to speed more often. Haha!Good save that's all that counts! We've been driving in India for 2 Months with 10+ others and we saw incidents like this almost every day due to the road conditions. Just stay off the front break straighten up as much as pos and avoid snapping your ankle on a rock! Going direct up the bank is usually preferable than going with it in my experience.. depending on the slope ofc. Liked and subbed![]()
Was super happy I rode away from that without a scratch!Good save! Could have been a lot worse. You saved your bike and yourself and learned something, so wohoo indeed!
Even when ya get the footage, it's like.....should I upload this. hahaholy fuck! that looked scary! Glad you kept it up. I fell over a while back and i got to watch it flip over while i was sliding around on the ground. Good times! unfortunately i didn't get footage though. usually when i hit sand i can't react that fast , but i've ridden it out as well. not a good time!
Always fun gettin things on film so you can teach others from your mistakes. hahaI almost scrapped my bike doing similar and got it on video too. It looks like you had a lucky escape too and managed to learn your lesson the "less-hard-way" like I did. Be safe![]()
Oh no, I had my jetpack on so that helped a lot!Nice save! How you leaned a heavy bike that far over without dropping it...you are some kind of bike wizard, aren't you? I was expecting so much carnage when you went off the road.
