Feel sorry for those in an older car - £25 to enter London, if you are on a modest income, then you're going to start looking for jobs outside the congestion zone. Thinking about it since I watched it, it may well have an impact on the city centre if workers can't afford to get in, they will have to change their jobs if they've so far relied on their own transport.

Well central London has very good public transport links, the problem is if you do not live near a good starting point for public transport your in effect paying twice to get to work. The trip to the start of the Public Transport and then the fare on the Public Transport.
If this country was really wanting green cars and bikes to take off they should set up a load of free charging units in the city then slowly over the years put a charge on them.
