The mic does'nt carry the base. I bet it sounds way better in person.
You can take the baffles out or shorten the baffle plug, there are some vids on how to do it on youtube. Sweet bike btw.

I'm going to be using a really good AKG mic soon to capture it even better... just haven't had any time to get it all set up as I've just started classes for the year
