They are traffic calming lol ... About 10 on that road alternating which side has right of way ..it actually works on that road if drivers get it right they have give way lines so not as if you can't see them ...

. What if one of those lights burn out on one of those arrow-cone things? You have a bicyclist going along at night and then BAM ! Wouldn't find them here
