They do look warm as crap. How is the grip on the bars?

I have no problem with grip. if i crash i think it will not fall part. they are heavy duty work gloves. they are one piece mold of rubber with wool inline. i only wear them when its in the 30s or colder. 40s i can wear normal gloves.
