Anything with 2 wheels, ride it like you stole it.
You have two choices

1: Delete
2: Accept and they'll out their own adverts on it! You may find that mobiles won't be able to watch as well

You're simply saying 'Yes, it's not mine'
Yeh thought as much just wanted to make sure, theres a few like it from different labels, all aknowledged as not mine and seem fine :)

Now I'm sure it will be a dead end and my video will still have this flag on it and I will have to do as stated and Accept and acknoledge it. However i'm glad that I was able to aleast let one artist know about this.

Once you've given the rights over, that's it

It's YouTube giving you a chance to either deny or confirm.

Lets face it, why should any of us make a few pennys from others work :-

A trick that I do is find a song you like, play it through your mobile (on youtube) but not the channel from the original artist. If it plays without an issue, you'll normally be OK but from time to time, labels buy each other out so they may have different rules.

But rule of thumb, if it plays on a mobile and used on more than one video (not the labels or artist) you'll be OK

Why would a song be limited so it didn't play on mobile? Can't be ads as I've had skippable ads on mobile before.

As for atrikes, you dont necessarily get a warning, it can just be pulled and you given a strike

It always depends on the song you are using, there are songs you simple just can acknowledge and your video still will play everywhere but advertising goes to the record label or whoever. But there are quite a few songs getting blocked in different countries and /or on mobile, regardless you try to monetize or not depend on the music and record label it still can earn you a strike if they feel the need to flag your video. Many of them will decide to advertize on your video though.

Best is, to simple take the song of your choice and render it with some sample footage and upload it unlisted, to see what will happen once it's on youtube, after which you could decide to use that song or better something else...
