..He was lucky, and the Police officer was quite generous in not arresting him and seizing his camera for evidence. Good idea with telling him to leave the camera on to show his friends the warning![]()
I think the point about traffic police is that their cars are rigged with evidence grade cameras, whereas plod on a horse would have no evidence other than his own account of what happened to present before the court. Accidentally lifting a wheel is one thing, but a blatant wheelie is pants down and bend over, but they require the evidence as the biker could have said his hand slipped on the clutch. OK there's the helmet camera as evidence maybe, but did the biker lift the bike or did he lean forwards to the bars?
