looks like a great start! I like the 007 beacon! One thing though, can you link a FB page instead of a private profile? I think that would be the case for most of the motovloggers...

Yeah that is definantly my preference as well! Although facebook API effin suuuuucks! I have to request this functionality for my app and they have to review and accept this. Fucking werid.

I'd rather have the ability to choose facebook then have it mandatory to choose, because I don't have facebook ~_~ (evil  !). Also, if you do use the GPS feature, then can you build in the ability to switch it on and off, since I think some would not like others to know where we live on a regular basis :p ;) heh~

Otherwise, looking good so far :) ... actually, really great :D ! That's something I could never do  ~

BTW, I sent 'ya a meesage on your website yesterday... did you email back to be :o ??? If you did, I wonder if it ended up in my spam box :o ?.....

I got your message man, thanks alot!

Let me be very specific about the GPS beacon since I like my privacy as well:

GPS is always disabled, untill you enable it. Your location will ONLY be visible to whomever YOU give permissions. By default: NOBODY. I will also implement a geofence so that it never registers your actual home address.

You can link just the social media sites that you want. Facebook is iptional, google plus and youtube: all optional.

You could just use the apps own timeline if you want...nothing is mandatory.

...but I just realized that it's only on Android right now... oh well :p ~.....

:) ;)

No no youre wrong. Its not open yet for testing, but it will be browser based for the testers. So you can test, anybody can :))

i had a thought last night ( yeah i know i am surprised too! ). What i really miss at the original YT app is that all the communication features are a pain in the rear, commenting is still manageable ( including over google plus ) but whats just not there is the inbox and all the other features we have via the web. I dont know if that is something the YT api would allow but certainly something i would appreciate!

What is your thoughts on a new motovloging site, where your favorite motovloggers & videos are accessible from a click of a button. Chat , Share opinion on forums , comments , like or share videos.
Note It wont be called Detube

Hmmm, working so hard to work-up my YouTube channel in recent years... I don't know, I suppose it could compliment, maybe :o ... so as long as it doesn't take away from this site ;) .....

Youtube does allow that I think, let me see What I can do about that :)

Some more work done...one thing that I'll love doing...is posting a message in the app, which automatically goes to G+ and FB (if I checked that I want it to) and then I can read the replies from both social platforms in one app...so that I won't have to switch apps and check my comments on each different application all the time... :)

I like the idea. YT commenting sucks via the official iOS app. You can't reply and keep the thread, nor can you deal with private messages although they've been a bit weird the last few days.

Yeah this is something i would use! As mentioned before especially the YT commenting and messaging is difficult. There are also limits with FB even though there is a Page Manager app for that though.
Exited to see what you put together !

Thanks man. You know one of the biggest problem to tackle is just that "theres an app for that". I want just 1 app for all of it or at least most of it...using multiple apps all the time just isn't that practical.
