Non Tubless to Tubless tires

Hi

Last night before sleep i was wondering about my tires, currently my bike has non-tubless tires. I want to change the front tire to Michelin or Continental, but the model I want is Tubless. Is it posible to change from a non-tubless tire to a tubless tire?

What type rims are you running? Spoke or cast?

If they are cast then you should be fine with tubeless. A local shop and online forums for your bike might have some feedback on which tires work best.

I run tubeless Metzlers but have spoked rims so I have to have the tubes in there. But always check with the tire manufacturer to make sure they are a good match for your ride and rims. I know a few guys who still run tubes even with cast rims as they are old school and don't trust beading technology or puncture kits.
