That's gotta be set up! At that speed how can the bike so cleanly fall apart?! Not having had a Duc, but all other bikes I've seen tend to have like bolts and screws holding things down, especially like - the tank...

All sorts of issues there. Son could be done for theft and or driving without insurance.

DWI os serious over here and affects any future insurance premiums you might have. He'll have either had to swallow it up or tell insurance he was riding, but that's then fraud.
