Insurance Costs?

Been getting a lot of speeding tickets lately on the grom?
I was so close to buy a grom and I don't remember the exact premium but it was nowhere that much for the minimum. Of course state minimums vary state to state

Its because Im under 21

I know stickers and tank pads are a mod, but it has zero effect on bike value or performance so a bollocks excuse. Although all my extras on the Honda and the STrumpet didn't affect the insurance cost.

the reason mine went up a whole tenner was because mine are not all cosmetic
