Depends what we class as middle ground .... If that's like Yorkshire....then may have to pass

Spiccy110 does a little meet now and again but that's like an hour from portsmouth.

I'm up for it though, would be fun. Just depends where really. I reckon we're all pretty spread out to the max.

I think it's not so much the time to travel per se, it's the time the meet starts and finishes, and if getting there and back can be done within what people accept as a reasonable day's riding.

I know what you mean. Loose rule of thumb it takes 60% longer to avoid motorways on a journey.
