People running red lights in Austin? No Way! 
When I used to play gigs in Austin I had to get used to the rule of 2 or 3 cars going through the red light before you could proceed through a green! I used to play at Liberty Lunch and the Austin Opera House sometimes. We ended up not playing there hardly at all after venues started trying to take 10% of our door and merchandise sales. We actually made better money playing in podunk ass places where if you did a good door, they'd actually pay you!

LOL! Yeah I'm not sure why I'm still surprised by the stupid things people do. I sadly missed the Liberty Lunch days. I didn't move down until 2000, but I've heard a lot of stories about the 90's music scene in Austin. I sounded fun.People running red lights in Austin? No Way!
