Youtube Subscriber Report Update.

That is nifty.

I need to figure out a way to break into the eastern European market. . .Then world saturation after that!

Seriously though, I use both a PC and Android device for keeping tabs with how things are going. YT Studio (used to be just Studio) has been pointing out the amount of likes and such with a particular video I have. That is good information too.

It would be cool to see what spurns some migration of subs. One date the new data presentation shows is that folks were moving around on a day I do not publish on so was there some kind of external force at play? If so, what was it?

Fun stuff . . .

Would be good to know why people unsubscribe (can't afford to lose any)

Maybe a set of tick boxes with some options so we can improve.

Do folk find the analytics actually help with their channels? I guess mine is too small to be able to gain much info from them so I've not really paid much attention to them other than out of interest. I guess knowing where the majority of viewers are from allows us to schedule posts to coincide with their timezones.

Analytics are there to answer questions or spark other questions but if you don't use Adwords they're a bit of a blunt instrument.

If you see a certain demographic view your stuff more than another you can adjust your Ad campaigns.

You could use it to see which of your videos gets the highest percentage of view duration or if you alter your style to appeal to an older audience you could see if it's had the desired effect.

I said it before and I'll say it again.. I'm not ashamed to admit it, till date I still never care to look closely at my analytics, just too busy having fun shooting, editing, and posting.
