This looks like it could be a awesome addition, just hope it becomes available for the little guys as well.

Wow, this actually looks useful. Hope they implement it for all channels. It's pretty annoying to have to add your own videos manually by hand on the editor, and then use the annotations to hotlink videos when you upload.

This is a really cool feature and should save loads of time in post for me. I never really do more than 5 annotations, and they don't even work on mobile, so this will be loads better. It's a clean implementation too.

I'm not a fan of spamming my videos with links, sub grovelling etc but if this is done right then I will be using this. Thanks for pointing it out!

yes you can. I make end cards, with videos for the viewer to select from and then add the annotation link around them after they're uploaded.

Yeah, they're customizing end cards. You can literally make every single thing they show on your own. The only thing you really need are annotations. The rest is just to help amateurs have an easy way of creating cooler end cards.

Annotations dont work on mobile afaik,
Making cards is hard
These cards should technically update with your latest video if you select it

Exactly. The cross-platform compatibility is the big thing for me. Also when you add the stuff in your editor it adds to your editing/rendering time. This would be faster, especially if the allow templating.

They work on my iPhone just fine. Also Cards are for mobile. They are not that hard either. The only thing nothing works on is when you use things like AppleTV, ROKU, XBOX, etc to view youtube. That's becoming the platform from the majority of my viewers, so I am working on a way to help them out.
