Worth the risk?

Not sure whether it is worth the risk for me to buy this without viewing it. Messaged the eBayer but not had a reply yet. For £250 is it worth the risk? I want a bike that I can commute on but has more power than my 125.

EDIT: Also is there some form of company that goes and looks at the bike for you if the bikes to far away. I heard there was a company like that but not sure.

the only thing i would be worried about is that last picture. Now there are two things that bother me with that last picture.
1)The guy is sitting on it with the center stand WOT. This shows some signs being mentally not all there.
2)He looks like a murderer using the bike as bait to lure in mislead young people looking at a nice bike. Which goes hand in hand with point 1) Not mentally all there.

Ask chuckles I'm sure he mentioned in a vid on his bike, that he had a company go check it out before he brought/paid.

He looks genuine because he has good feedback, in my case i would ask to go check the bike out and pay for it there and then if its good or walk away if its not

+1 It may be slightly depressing, but you're only going to sink hundreds of pounds into getting it roadworthy. It says you will need 2 new tyres, so that's £150 right there. I know you want a bike, but spending a few hundred more will get you a bike that'll last

I know it's harsh, but someone who won't spend 2 minutes spell checking his eBay listing is likely not to have given two shits about your potential future bike. I'd look for something roadworthy, you'll be spending more than the value of that bike again just getting it running properly.

Another thing i can see wrong with it is the number plate is illegal! So you'd get stopped about that at some stage
