what if the draft started for world war 3 and you got drafted?

It all depends on the situation, although because of history I don't must trust our government, or trust them with the lives of our men and women in the military, call me cynical or a pessimist, but throughout the years there has been a track record of stupidity. Vietnam to be one of the biggest ones, sending so many to die for what was essentially nothing just because they feared the "domino effect" of communism. For the most part soldiers seem like pawns on a chess board, moving for pure reason of simplistic and childish agendas. Although if our country was in some kind of imminent danger, threating our people directly, then hell yea I would...but for the most part I have trouble willingly sacrificing everything I have for superficial games of politics.

yeah depending on who next pres is. it could be really bad for everyone. people are so desperate for a leader they might just vote for someone that is to extreme. I was for trumps and after tonight i dont know. hes taking more and more extremes but i have to wait and see what else he does. i still like him but man he needs to chill.

I already did almost 10 years...now they can't call me back. I wouldn't want to go back anyway. The United States military is slowly becoming a glorified version of the boy scouts.
