Youtube want to clearly define whats a kids video and whats not, I think certain advertisers wont run ads on Youtube because of their previous controversy, so they are trying to rebuild that reputation.

As usual with YT though, we'll all have to wait until the rules are implemented and someone leans on them.

They have stated that if the video was intended for viewers under 13 then it is a kids video. It really will have no impact on motovloggers.

Yeah other categories will get hit much worse.
