What are your preferred Gopro settings?

The current setup I am running is a GoPro Hero4 Black at 1080p60 with a SanDisk 64GB Ultra microSDXC Memory Card. Then for the rest of the GoPro Hero4 Black's settings I just left them at default. My current mic is the Purple Panda with a Bestshoot MW-1 Lavalier Microphone Furry Muff Wind Screen.
