I don't normally ride to work when on day shifts but have done a couple of times this week. With my shift pattern there is a week each month where I can't ride at all unless I ride to work, but the other 3 weeks give me plenty of opportunity to get on the bike.
I think I am going to make a conscious effort to go for a no camera ride at least once a month. Having no cameras on also means a rider would not provide any incriminating evidence should they get pulled over, so rides could possibly be a little bit more "spirited"!
I know the feeling! Had a great week of riding but no vlogging!
As you say its nice to enjoy it. Sometimes vlogging feels forced.. thats when I put the camera down and just ride. I get the urge to make vlogs again once I have had a break too
You can actually ride with just your primary helmet camera and enjoy the ride without thinking about content for your video but instead like a dash camera you have in your car which just runs and you don't have to care about it, it works.
I ride daily i average 35000 klms a yr .... i ride with camera running all the time ....sometimes i talk about stuff on my mind ...that then sometimes becomes a vlog ....the best vlogs are not forced but just happen ....i also log my rides for my own enjoyment yrs down the track when im old and cant ride ...a good place to store them is in youtube .....i also enjoy watching other vloggers on bikes as its when im most happy .... looking over the bars
