Vlog Schedule?

I do mine every 2 weeks, and 1 bonus video a month, I feel everyday is just to much, especially as there is no demand for my video. I am trying to create interesting content everytime I Vlog, I just don't have that much stuff to say without going political.

I would stay away from political stuff. People decide real quick if they hate you with that lol

I've been thinking of doing a schedule too and I think that will work out better. My logic is that if you wait a week or so between vids then it gives each on time to gain some views plus if people want to see more then they will subscribe just to catch the next one. I haven't tried this theory yet but that is what I gather from other vlog channels.

Sorry for the slow response. I respectfully disagree with having to be a bigger vlogger to have a schedule. I think being consistent from the start is the best thing to do.
I think it also largly depends on the style of vlog you do too.
If you do review or how-to vlogs then it's a lot easier to make and schedule them.
Also if you bike commute a 9-5 and do current affair type vlogs then it's easier.
In that case, setting a deadline is a good way of disciplining yourself to editing and producing content more efficiently.

But if you don't bike commute, vlog with no topic in mind, only ride socially or are a summer/fair weather rider (... or you're a lazy bastard :) ) then its almost impossible to have a regular schedule.

Exactly, weeemrcb, I commute almost everyday on my motorcycle. Plus I always have endless topics to talk about just because of the way my mind works. On top of my major involving computers so I'm always on my computer in my spare time editing since it's part of my major. That's why I set myself a deadline. I feel like viewers like consistency, whether your channel is big or small. I definitely get what you mean if you don't commute and don't always have a topic to talk about though. I live in Florida so I'm also able to ride year round too.

Especially when you have subscribers from sites like this who consistently watch your videos and look forward to your content. I definitely do understand not being able to because of having a family or not having enough time because of work or something. Thank you guys for all of your opinions and feedback :)

Oh I do agree, starting the way you wish to go on is a great way to be!

Out of interest I released 4 videos in the last 7 days (usually do 1) and the view count for them has been about the same as if I did them one a week. Not too sure what to make of that myself but interesting none the less.
