So many people are asking the same thing. If you can't think of a topic yourself, do a reply type video to a video or topic someone else has done before. A response video of your opinion. That's how we used to do it when they allowed video responses.

When you clicked the comment box, a link would pop up that would allow you to attach one of your uploaded videos as a response isntead. And all the video responses would show up in a box right below the video description and below the top comments.

It's all about big data now-a-days... Google used spamming as an excuse to gather more data on people by making them sign up for Google+. Wanna post a video? Make a comment? Goes to your Google+ page, too.

It seems like I remember something in the fine print about any videos uploaded to your Google+ page can be used by google for ads, etc. if it is the case (as I remember), that was a big turnoff .....

Unless you're a big media company, you don't own anything you upload on youtube.
And if you don't explicitly disable advertising on your videos, youtube is making money on them and not giving you anything.
