Getting subscribers isn't quite as important as keeping them and keeping them engaged. 26 subs for a month is great! Main thing is figure out what your style is, develop around that format and be consistent. It's OK to make changes, but you still want to focus on what makes your vids unique. I'd advise keeping videos under 5 minutes. Keep intros short, as in under 10 seconds. have good sound and video quality and clean editing as much as possible. Keep your main vids to once a week, unless there is some really out there thing you catch on camera or you decide to do another type of video, like a how-to as opposed to a motovlog. If you end up cranking out 3 or 4 good vids at once, schedule them for release over the next few weeks instead of dumping them all at once. That will also give you time to find more good stuff to put out and take your time with the editing process.
Lastly, interact not just with the people who come to your channel, but with people on other channels. If they find you likable, they will be more likely to sub to your channel. Unless your goal is to be the guy everyone hates and only subscribe to see what asshole thing you're going to say or do next and complain about it. Then just play the part and be an asshole. Maybe the G.G. Allin of motovlogs? I don't know. haha
