Upload your videos to video dictionary

[vifinition]

Hi all!

I'd like to introduce Vifinition, the video dictionary to you. Vifinition is a place you can use videos to define ("vifine") words. Videos can be funny, informative or whatever. What I'd like you to do is to link your best videos to the site. Some of the videos I think you could be willing to vifine are different kinds of motorcycles, near misses, crashes, nice accelerations etc. You can see what I mean for example from this video http://vifinition.com/crash/

The service is now in beta testing and we appreciate any feedback! Best submits will be rewarded once the site is fully functional.

Ps. the videos you submit do not necessarily need to be about motorcycles only, of course. And please vote the videos already on the site!

So we link a video to the site, then people go to the site and search for something i.e. "crash". The relating videos come up.

So a whole site does the same job as the Youtube search bar.

That's exactly what my own thoughts were - well, mine were spelt correctly, but yeah, same thoughts

Arrghh I knew it, all the time I was writing it I was thinking I'm sure site isn't spelt like that. But couldn't for the life of me think what the correct spelling was, must have been a blonde moment.

Thanks for your answers, guys. And yeah, it's like Youtube search bar if you want to think it that way. But why did they invent the whole search bar on Youtube as they do have one on Google already? Right, because the idea is pretty much different. For example we do not use the titles from Youtube which means that you cant find the same video with a same keyword on Youtube and on Vifinition.
No, I do not subscribe to motovlog but I have done a few GoPro -videos with cars so I kinda know something about these kind of things. And that's why I thought you might be interested about the site. If you are not, I'm terribly sorry for wasting your precious time.

Ps. spelt is not "spelt" like that. Spelt is a species of wheat. The word you were trying to reach should be spelled. Maybe you really were not the perfect target group for dictionary website.

I'd just say maybe (if you ride a bike) tell us a bit about you, where you ride, bikes etc.. a few people here don't ride / Vlog yet but plan too. saying "Maybe you really were not the perfect target group for dictionary website." is a bit harsh, all I'd say is introducing yourself rather than rushing us with adverts is definatly a better way to go. Odds are you're a decent guy but you're definatly not making the best first impression

The problem is its all user generated, on your homepage, it says the highest rated definition is microsoft, when I go to watch it, its the old windows 98 blue screen, which, although worth a chuckle, is not the difinition of microsoft.
Is there anything stopping me uploading a video of a man dressed as a cat, for the definition cat, no, but it is NOT the definition of a Cat
