I finally felt well enough to get the bike up on the center stand for the first time since getting out of the hospital at the beginning of the year.
I'd tried twice before, but failed miserably when it came to the strength to do it, and I worried about damaging the surgery repair on my lung, so I held off for a couple of months.
Today, I was able to get it up on the center stand with the same amount of effort I used before my surgery, so I'm happy.
Now I can get to work on pulling the wheels off and swapping the tires over to the Tractionator Rallz tires I've had waiting. I'm going to set the camera up to record the tire change. I'll be using a DIY bead-breaker. I have a pair of the Motion Pro combo Bead-breaker/tire spoons, but I'll make a wall-mounted bead-breaker to make it as easy as possible. I will also be using my Baja No-Pinch Tire Tool when I need to get the tire beads past the rim of the wheel when mounting the knobbies.
