However look at it this way if a company has excellent customer support does that mean they got good at it because their product is crap and they get lots of calls, or do they actually care.

I'm always polite to people as I know most of the time it isn't their fault. The main issue I'm having with Ubisoft is they literally DO NOT respond to anything.
My copy of R6 Siege was activated on the wrong account due to an auto-sign in f*** up so I've requested for it to be transferred across which is something they are able to do. If they ever respond that is.
