Tyre Repair - What Do You Use?

I always carry a puncture repair kit under the seat on my bike but I have just used the last strip (wriggle worm style) and am looking at replacing the kit.

Now what type do you guys n girls use and why?

Two types seem to be popular the wriggle worm ones

and the mushroom ones.

and these ones.

Thoughts and experiences?

I have both, but the worms are only ones have used. The break off plugs just don't feel like they would last, and would be a last resort for me, although they seem much much easier and quicker.

I've got the Cargol one, but not used it as yet.

Well I ordered another wriggle worm style kit, stay with what I know

Never seen the mushroom style ones, only the worms.
