You really want to know the secret of gaining subs? It really comes down to two things. Number one, making good content and be consistent. Don't just put stuff out for the sake of posting a video. If you dont enjoy watching your own video how would you expect anyone else to. Be yourself, 100% of the time and be consistent. Number two, and this is where a lot of people fail. Interact with people. Not just here, but comment on video. Create friendships with other people of similar mind. This will bring on collaborations, shutouts (Dont ask for them), and much much more. Join in on a few live hangouts and you will see an intimidate effect.

But yea as the others have said, mainly the content really! I need to start boosting my content up, but recently it's helped with getting a few more views/likes depending on the title and such,but I've started to add moving titles to make it more interesting.
