Me and the bro have been motovlogging for a couple of months in London.
We were both using the audiotechnica 3350 until his developed a dodgy cable problem.
In a rush we shot down to maplins to grab a cheap mic thinking it would be completely useless but worth a try given the short notice.
WOW were we amazed. The audio is as good as if not better than the £25 condenser mic and it was £6!
On top of that it doesn't require batteries. I simply bodge tapped a bit of tissue folded over a few times over the pick up hole to dampen wind noise.
Search Maplins site for "Multimedia Boundary Microphone" (Forum wont let me link) The reviews would lead you to believe its poor but its definitely not.
We're heading to GOA India in January to motovlog for 2 months and I'll definitely be picking up a couple as spares before we go.
Check Youtube /itsthosebros to hear the sound quality. Uploading a new vid as I'm typing.
