The Kawasaki Grom Rival

Anyone seen the new Kawasaki Z125? Looks like they've seen everything I wasn't keen on with the Grom and fixed it. (Tail, stock exhaust, frame)

What's your thoughts???

Yea they have been new about it for about a year now. They are slower then the grom. Who keeps them stock anyways. I don't think there is much aftermarket for them. The grom came out in Thiland way before here so there was a good aftermarket for them already. The dealer by me is getting on here soon. My buddy's been talking about getting it.

They redesigned the grom. There should be a new style coming out soon.

Didn't know they had been a thing for so long, I know their around in Thailand at the moment. But the looks of the z125 do outshine the Grom, as for performance I don't think it's really important as their not sports orientated in the slightest and if that was a factor you'd probably get something completely different to the Grom and the z125.

most people that have a grom have a big bore kit on them. pretty much everyone i know with one got them to make faster. they are such a fun bike. you can have more fun on a grom then something with 1000cc. there is a grom with a ducati motor on it and also one with a crf450 motor. there is a guy with a 180cc with a 4v head and a carb doing 104 or something like that. my buddys 204cc should do a little more once we get the engine dialed in right.

Yeah I'm not a fan on kawasaki's candy green though preferred the old racing lime green

they do all kids of stuff to them. i think the ducati engine one already blew up. the 450 motor one goes to the strip and beats 1000cc bikes.

they are not 10.5k if you are talking price on the z125. they are right around 3k. they are cheaper then the grom. i already talked to my buddy at the dealer about them.
