Yeah I never ride without gloves either, partly as it's cold as hell here but I need my hands. I've grown attached to then over the years.
Boots were the first thing I bought. Looks like they were rocking a pair of SIDI Sandals in that picture.
Yeah, but only when it's dark and no street lighting so they wouldn't see any nod or wave anywayYou flash your lights to say hello? That's completely different over here. Interesting.
That generally means "cops ahead" around hereYeah, but only when it's dark and no street lighting so they wouldn't see any nod or wave anyway
Here we do a "V" salute. Palm forward, Index and middle finger out, all others in. And its arm outstreched, so its easily visible. Think Churchill V salute.
The NOD obviously also works - sometimes people cant let go of the clutch(or maybe let go of the clutch and do a kickass V salute while popping a wheelie... while filtering).
Only reason we nod in the UK is because during our motorbike training we get taught not to take our right hand of the brakes. And because we drive on the left, it will be awkward/dangerous to wave with our left hand across our body lol.Never nodded to anyone in my life! And never been nodded to either! But her in Illinois we throw the what we call the Harley wave like the guy on the left of the picView attachment 343
